"The Dull-Ice Flower" is a 1989 Drama movie directed by Wu Nien-jen and starring by Wong Kwan-Yuen, Lee Suk-Ching. Ku Ah-ming is a 4th grader at Chungshan Elementary School in Shuiyu Township, Taiwan.
